The spectrum isn't so much a method to measure "righteousness" or "wickedness," it's just something I observed in the 13 verses: v. 7 is the structural center-point, and to me I notice similarities between each pair of consecutive verses working outward from that center-point. For example, v. 2 shows that evildoers gather whatever they want, whereas v. 12 (the compliment/paralleled verse) shows that the righteous are gathered under God—a clear theme being "gathering." I hope that makes sense?

How is this 1-12 spectrum measured?? Is 7 the best because it is at the peak? Or is twelve the best because it is the highest?
And, most importantly, how can I advance on the scale?
A.T.: Thanks for the comment!
